Please click on the "Printer Friendly" buttons and copy these Tables.
  • If you put the copies in a plastic sheet cover they will stay in good shape while you shop.
  • Keep them in your 'shopping bags' you take to the store with you and you're set to shop!

Here are more helpful tips:

  • Before you go into the 'grocery temptation store' tell your Mind, your Inner-self, that you are going to focus on Table 1 and Table 2 for your shopping needs.
  • Ask your Body, Mind, and Emotions to assist you in purchasing the things that are good for your body, mind and emotions.
  • Be blessed and live in wellness.HEALTHYCoconutOil.jpg

Coconut Oil is the perfect oil for cooking! No, it does NOT taste like coconuts, it is just a very healthy cooking oil. Buy Extra-Virgin, Cold Pressed.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the other 'good for you' cooking oil.  If you are cooking an Italian tasting dinner it's the oil to use.

Variety is the spice of life.

If you desire good overall health, moderation and balance is the key.

In fact, moderation and balance is the key to living well in all things.♥
Table 3 and Table 4 are not here to put fear in you, but to assist you in being knowledgeable about the effects certain foods have on your body.
I enjoy Wine and mixed Drinks, so I have a glass in the evening if I so desire.  Enjoy your life knowing you control what you eat.  That's what it's all about... you! Respect yourself, you are completely worth it!
Yes, there are things I will 'never' eat again: artificial sweeteners, MSG, processed meats...

From now on, before you buy processed and packaged items, look at the label.  You will see how many unhealthy things are in those boxes and cans!
